交医生命科学中心 (交一生物材料与再生医学技术中心)

交一生物材料与再生医学技术中心专注于自体细胞与生物墨水在再生医学领域的研究与应用。作为一种前沿的医学技术,自体细胞能够通过重新编程和分化,实现人体组织的再生与修复。而生物墨水则是一种含有活体细胞和生物材料的可注入液体,用于3D打印人体组织和器官。

 

中心的研究团队致力于开发先进的自体细胞分离、培养和扩增技术,以提高自体细胞在再生医学中的应用效果。同时,中心还研究设计创新的生物墨水,以解决人工器官和组织移植中的供给问题。

 

中心与多家医疗机构、科研院所和企业展开合作,共同推动相关技术的发展和转化。通过深入了解人体生物学特性和创新技术的应用,中心为实现个性化医疗和器官再生提供了有力的支持。

 

中心的目标是在自体细胞和生物墨水研究方面取得突破性的进展,并将其应用于各种再生医学领域,包括组织工程、器官再生和药物筛选。通过跨学科的合作和持续创新,中心致力于为人类健康和医学进步做出贡献。

 

团队介绍

刘昌胜 1967年6月出生于湖北大冶,生物材料学家,中国科学院院士,华东理工大学教授、博士生导师,上海大学校长、党委副书记 。 长期从事生物材料的研究,发展了多种活性骨修复材料以及生长因子制备和材料活化新技术;研制出自固化磷酸钙人工骨并获此类产品注册证,实现临床广泛应用。 刘昌胜提出了仿生人体创伤自愈合过程、构建材料在体内引导组织原位再生的学术思路,利用材料在体内所激发的系列生物学效应, 实现无生命材料向有生命组织的转化。研制出自固化磷酸钙人工骨,实现了准确塑形、生物降解、同步成骨特性统一,获国家药监局该类产品首张注册证, 已广泛应用于临床。发明了制备人骨生长因子和材料活性化的新方法,研制出活性骨修复体已应用于临床,取得了满意的治疗效果 。
